Section 11:17A-2.1 - Purpose; scope

(a) This subchapter implements the provisions of 17:29A-15, 17:29B-4 and 17B:30-13 and 15 by prohibiting insurance producers from engaging in certain practices in connection with the business of insurance.

(b) This subchapter applies to all insurance producers.
