Section 11:16-2.1 - Purpose and scope

This subchapter governs the reporting of motor vehicle theft or salvage and related transactions between insurers and the National Insurance Crime Bureau ("NICB") or its successor, in implementation of 17:23-19. This subchapter applies to all insurers transacting motor vehicle insurance in New Jersey.
