The following words and terms when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Association" means the New Jersey Property-Liability Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to 17:30A-1 et seq.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Insurance.
"Department" means the New Jersey Department of Insurance.
"Member insurer" is as defined in N.J.S.A. 17:30A-5f.
