Section 11:1-32.7 - Fees; risk retention groups and purchasing groups

(a) The following fees are imposed for services provided by the Commissioner regarding submissions by or on behalf of risk retention groups and purchasing groups:

1. Filing each Annual Statement filed by a risk retention group--$ 100.00; and

2. Registration of new risk retention group or new purchasing group--$ 100.00.
