Section 11:1-31.5 - Certificate of eligibility; issuance

(a) If the applicant demonstrates that it fulfills the requirements for eligibility in this subchapter, the Commissioner shall issue a Certificate of Eligibility to the applicant.

(b) The Certificate of Eligibility shall remain continuously in effect unless the Commissioner withdraws eligibility as set forth in N.J.A.C. 11:1-31.6.
