Section 11:1-11.3 - Disciplinary action; restitution(a) Violation of any of the rules of the Department of Banking and Insurance, or of any insurance statute, shall be sufficient cause for any disciplinary action permitted by statute.(b) In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 17:22A-27 et seq., the Commissioner in appropriate circumstances will exercise his or her authority to impose restitution of moneys owed to others as a condition to the issuance of a license or to the reinstatement of a license after revocation or suspension, including revocation or suspension in states other than New Jersey.N.J.
