Section 10A:9-9.2 - Composition of the C-4

(a) The members of the C-4 shall be:

1. An Assistant Superintendent or designee from the Division of Programs and Community Services;

2. A Classification Department representative;

3. A Division of Operations representative (optional); and

4. An Office of Substance Abuse Programming and Addiction Services representative (optional).
