Section 10A:9-3.15 - Written procedures

(a) Each correctional facility shall develop written classification procedures that are in accordance with this subchapter.

(b) These written procedures shall be reviewed and updated annually and submitted to the Central Office Headquarters (COHQ), for review and approval.
