Section 10A:72-6.7 - Testing for substances
(a) Testing shall be conducted for the purpose of deterring the use of, or to detect the presence of, controlled dangerous substances or alcohol.
(b) Parolees may be tested for the use or presence of controlled dangerous substances or alcohol at any time pursuant to N.J.A.C. 10A:71-6.4(a)17, 6.11(b)16, and 6.12(d)16.
