Section 10A:72-15.3 - Board panel review

(a) Upon receipt of the written notice of a special condition prohibiting an offender from using any computer and/or device to create any social networking profile or to access any social networking service or chat room in the offender's name or any other name (social networking condition), the basis for the imposition of the social networking condition, the written statement of the offender, if submitted, and any attendant documents, a Board panel shall review the offender's case.

(b) The Board panel shall determine whether to affirm or vacate the imposition of the social networking condition.

(c) The offender and District Parole Office shall be notified in writing of the Board panel's decision.
