If the offender fails to attend the hearing on the original scheduled date or upon a postponement being granted fails to attend the rescheduled hearing and the offender has failed to provide good cause for his or her non-appearance, the curfew, electronic monitoring, or GPS monitoring condition shall be deemed not to be contested by the offender and the matter shall be presented to the board panel based on the existing record for a final determination.
