Section 10A:31-3.2 - Submission of plans and specifications

(a) All plans and specifications shall be submitted to the Chief, Office of County Services, New Jersey Department of Corrections to ensure compliance with the requirements set forth in this subchapter.

(b) Contracts shall not be awarded until approval of final documents is received by the appropriate county administrator, in writing from the Chief, Office of County Services, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
