Section 10A:31-29.1 - Commissary

Pursuant to 30:4-15.1, every commissary in an adult county correctional facility operated for the sale of commodities shall collect a surcharge of 10 percent of the sale price of every item sold. These collected funds shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Victims of Crime Compensation Office (VCCO) account.
