Section 10A:31-14.5 - Opportunity to practice religion

Inmates shall be afforded full and equal opportunity to practice their religion, or refrain from involvement in religion, subject only to the limitations necessary to maintain the safe, secure and orderly operation of the facility (See 10A:31-26.3 ).
