Section 10A:31-1.4 - Forms

(a) A government records request form may be obtained from the record custodian (see definition of "custodian of a government record" at 10A:31-1.3 ).

(b) Adult County Correctional Facility, Request For Rule Exemption (Form 31--100) is available from the Department of Corrections, Office of County Services (see, 10A:31-1.7 ).
