Section 10A:2-9.2 - Gifts of money without specifications as to use

(a) Gifts of money without specifications for their use shall be placed in the Inmate Welfare Fund Account and used for the welfare of inmates in accordance with 10A:2-3.2.

(b) Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4-1.1k, the Inmate Welfare Fund Account is under the supervision of the Institutional Board of Trustees which shall authorize all expenditures of donations without specifications as to use.
