Section 10A:18-8.4 - Cost of telephone calls

Outgoing telephone calls made by inmates shall be collect calls, or paid for by other authorized methods, such as an approved debit calling system, with the exception of telephone calls between incarcerated relatives, which shall be handled in accordance with 10A:18-8.7.
