Section 10A:17-8.11 - Publications

(a) A staff member shall be assigned to supervise the content and production of publications.

(b) Articles and materials that are written by inmates shall be reviewed for content by the Administrator or designee and approved or disapproved prior to publication (see 10A:18-4.9) .
