Section 10A:14-5.14 - Records
(a) A basic and State clothing issue record shall be maintained for each inmate. This record shall include, at a minimum, the following:
1. The inmate's name;
2. The inmate's number;
3. The inmate's housing area;
4. The inmate's sizes;
5. The items issued to the inmate and the date of issue; and
6. A notation as to whether the issued items were new or used.
