Section 10A:14-4.6 - Policies of the Division of Operations, Field Services Unit

(a) The Division of Operations, Field Services Unit shall be responsible to formulate written policies to help ensure compliance with New Jersey health codes, acceptable water supply, waste disposal methods, and control of vermin and pests.

1. These policies shall be reviewed annually and updated when necessary.

2. All policy revisions and annual updates shall be sent to each correctional facility.
