Section 10A:10-4.10 - Escape from custody

(a) An inmate's escape from custody subsequent to the execution of Form II in accordance with 10A:10-4.5(b) shall void the request for disposition of the detainer.

(b) Upon return to custody, an inmate who wishes to dispose of a detainer in accordance with 10A:10-4.5 shall execute a new Form II.
