Section 10:90-9.8 - Administrative hearings and administrative reviews
(a) Requests on matters which constitute a contested case (as defined by N.J.A.C. 1:1-1 and consistent with case law) shall be handled in accordance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) rules on hearings at 10:6-1.3(a).
(b) Requests on matters which do not constitute a contested case (as defined by N.J.A.C. 1:1-1 and consistent with case law) shall be handled in accord with the DHS rule on hearings at 10:6-1.3(b).
