Section 10:90-5.8 - Medicaid Special

(a) An individual under the age of 21, whether or not he or she would qualify as a dependent child and whether or not he or she lives with his or her parents, may be eligible for Medicaid Special coverage. Income eligibility is established in accordance with 10:69-4.2.

(b) For college students, eligibility is established in accordance with 10:69-4.3.
