Section 10:90-1.11 - Release of information by county or municipal agency

Information about applicants or recipients shall be used or disclosed only for purposes directly connected with the administration of public assistance and related services which cannot be offered without such information in accordance with the confidentiality provisions at 10:90-7.7.
