Section 10:88-3.3 - Staggered issuance(a) A benefit authorization that represents a household's normal monthly assistance shall become available from the Families First account during the first five days of the month. The specific date of availability shall be dependent upon the household's case number and the individual CWA's staggered issuance procedures. During Families First training, each recipient shall be advised of the day of the month on which each month's benefits shall be available.(b) While staggered issuance is a method to disburse benefits over the first five days of the month, the establishment of cash and NJ SNAP benefit program eligibility shall continue to be based upon a calendar month.N.J.
