Section 10:87-11.10 - Reverse disqualifications

In cases where the determination of an IPV is reversed by a court of appropriate jurisdiction, the CWA shall reinstate the individual in the program if the household is eligible. The CWA shall restore benefits that were lost as a result of the disqualification in accordance with the procedures specified at 10:87-11.16.
