Section 10:77-5.4 - Beneficiary eligibility(a) Eligible children, youth, or young adults shall be:1. Enrolled in Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare; or2. Children, youth, or young adults who are ineligible for Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare but who are receiving services from DCF's Children's System of Care.(b) Children, youth, and young adults are eligible for services under this subchapter if the services have been determined necessary for rehabilitative purposes by the contracted system administrator for the Children's System of Care, or any contracted and authorized agent of the Department of Children and Families or Human Services, including the Division of Mental Health Services, the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, or the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services.N.J.
