Section 10:71-2.13 - Supervisory review and approval(a) In most cases an eligibility worker will complete the investigation and processing of the application.(b) All records shall be reviewed by a supervisory staff member prior to final disposition.(c) Any difference of opinion between worker and supervisor shall be resolved by a conference, and, if necessary, the issue shall be referred to a higher administrative level for disposition.(d) All records of application shall be approved in writing by the supervisor following review, either by signature or initialed transcript signature.N.J.
