Section 10:64-3.4 - HCPCS Procedure codes with qualifiers for hearing aid services

(a) The following is a list of HCPCS procedure codes with associated qualifiers. Providers shall recognize the requirements inherent in billing each of the HCPCS.

V5014 52	The repair charges are broken down into the laboratory costs
and the dispenser's service fees. This code will also serve
for minor in-office repair.
