Section 10:58A-2.12 - Obstetrical/gynecological (OB/GYN) care

Reimbursement for specified OB/GYN services at N.J.A.C. 10:58A-4.2(g) provided pursuant to the Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service programs shall be limited to advanced practice nurses who are certified in the advanced practice category of "OB/GYN."
