Section 10:52-5.3 - Costs per case

Direct and indirect care costs shall be allocated to the inpatient and outpatient services. Direct and indirect costs allocated to inpatient services shall be used to determine inpatient rates per case according to the patient diagnosis. This cost finding process is described in 10:52-5.7 through 5.11.
