N.J.S.A. 18A:64G-1For facilities operating under N.J.S.A. 18A:64G-1et seq., the disproportionate share allocation may be increased by an amount recommended by the Office of Management and Budget which will consider the total operating cost of the facility less any third-party payments, including all other Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare payments, as well as payments from non-State sources for services provided by the hospital during the hospital's fiscal year.
