Section 10:49-23.2 - Applications

(a) Applications for the Lifeline Programs are sent automatically to persons benefiting from the following Medicaid programs:

1. Medical Assistance to the Aged (MAA);

2. Medical Assistance Only (MAO); and

3. New Jersey Care ... Special Medicaid Programs.
