Section 10:49-16.1 - Purpose

This subchapter sets forth the basic parameters for demonstration projects established pursuant to 30:4D-1 et seq., as amended, and Section 1115 of the Social Security Act. Any time a demonstration project is implemented, New Jersey Medicaid providers will receive information and instructions if the project is relevant to the services they provide.
