Section 10:47-7.2 - Education

(a) The facility shall make arrangements for a formal education program for all individuals between the ages of three and 21, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:14.

(b) The facility shall provide a copy of a clearly defined educational curriculum to the individual, his or her parent(s) and guardian.
