Section 10:42B-7.1 - Commitment to the care and custody of the Commissioner of Human Services

Nothing shall be construed to limit the authority of the court to commit an individual to the care and custody of the Commissioner of Human Services in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 30:4-25.1 for admission to functional services in an environment that is less restrictive than that of the MSU.
