Section 10:37F-2.8 - Quality assurance activities(a) In addition to meeting the quality assurance requirements as promulgated in N.J.A.C. 10:37-9, the PA shall address the following areas: 1. Consumer outcome measures shall be monitored based on consumer-identified and program-identified goals; and2. Consumer satisfaction and family satisfaction, and efforts to engage consumers, shall be monitored.N.J. Admin. Code § 10:37F-2.8
