Section 10:37D-1.1 - Scope and purpose

(a) This chapter applies to provider agencies (PAs) as defined in N.J.A.C. 10:37D-1.2.

(b) The purposes of this chapter are to:

1. Promote:

i. Client-centered* services that provide high-quality, accessible, and innovative treatment;

ii. Creativity and responsiveness to client and staff needs; and

iii. Goal-directed services; and

2. Support wellness and recovery.
