All licensed supervised residences shall comply with all applicable provisions of the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code as specified in N.J.A.C. 5:23, all applicable provisions of the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code, as specified in N.J.A.C. 5:70, 5:71, and 5:72, and evidenced by a valid Certificate of Occupancy under the Construction Code or Certificate of Inspection under the Fire Code, as appropriate, and all applicable local codes.
