Section 10:35-1.1 - Scope

This chapter shall apply to the operation of the four current county psychiatric facilities at New Bridge Medical Center; Essex County Hospital Center; Meadowview Psychiatric Hospital; and Cornerstone Behavioral Health Hospital of Union County. This chapter shall also apply to any additional county psychiatric facilities, which may be so designated by the Commissioner in the future.
