Section 10:2-3.3 - Administration

(a) An employee of the Department of Human Services shall coordinate the Commissioner's Executive Advisory Committee. The Department will provide resources and assistance to the Committee.

(b) The Commissioner of the Department of Human Services will develop the agenda for the CEAC meetings.
