Section 10:167C-1.28 - Drug rebate program

Reimbursement for legend drugs shall be limited to manufacturers who have entered into a Senior Gold rebate agreement with the Department of Human Services through the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services pursuant to N.J.A.C. 10:51-1.22.
