Section 10:167B-6.10 - Eligibility period

(a) A Senior Gold eligibility card is effective for the dates indicated on the card. The Senior Gold beneficiary shall renew his or her eligibility in accordance with the provisions of 10:167B-6.6.

(b) Renewal applications must be completed and returned to the Senior Gold Program by the beneficiary at least 45 days prior to the expiration date to ensure continuous coverage.
