Section 10:167-6.10 - Eligibility period
(a) A PAAD eligibility card is effective for the dates indicated on the card. PAAD shall automatically renew each beneficiary's eligibility card annually unless PAAD determines, in its sole discretion, that a beneficiary must submit current information by completing a renewal application. The PAAD beneficiary shall renew his or her eligibility in accordance with the provisions of N.J.A.C. 10:167-5.3(b).
(b) PAAD will notify the beneficiary if he or she must complete a renewal form. Renewal applications must be returned to the PAAD Program by the beneficiary at least 45 days prior to the expiration date to ensure continuous coverage.
