Section 10:161B-2.2 - Licenses(a) Once issued, a license shall not be assignable or transferable, and shall be immediately void if the program ceases to operate, relocates, or its ownership changes.(b) Once issued, a license shall be granted for a period of one year (12 consecutive months), and shall be eligible for annual renewal on and up to 30 days following the license anniversary date (each renewal shall be dated back to the license anniversary date) upon submission of the appropriate licensing and inspection fees, providing the license has not been suspended or revoked by DCN&L, and the program otherwise continues to be in compliance with all local rules, State rules, and other requirements.(c) Once issued, the license shall be conspicuously posted in the facility at all times.N.J.
