Section 10:15-6.4 - Income eligibility tiers for program entrance(a) The following are the income eligibility tiers for program entrance: 1. Tier A: A child who has been initially determined eligible on the basis of the annual gross family income, adjusted for the family size when the family income is at or below 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Income (FPI) Level, shall be given the highest priority consideration for admission.2. Tier B: A child who has been initially determined eligible on the basis of the annual gross family income, adjusted for the family size, which must fall between 151 percent and 175 percent of FPI, as defined at N.J.A.C. 10:15-1.2, shall be given the next highest priority.3. Tier C: A child who has been initially determined eligible on the basis of the annual gross family income, adjusted for the family size, which must fall between 176 percent and 200 percent of FPI, shall be considered last.
