Section 10:110-20.4 - Reopening a closed case
(a) A closed WFNJ/TANF case shall be reopened if new information is received that may make establishment of paternity and/or an order for support, including medical support, or enforcement of an order possible.
(b) On nonpublic assistance cases, upon request of the custodial parent to reopen a closed case, the custodial parent shall be required to complete a new application and pay the application fee on cases that have been closed for longer than 30 days.
