Section 10:110-2.3 - Full faith and credit

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 2A:17-56.2 3a, full faith and credit shall be given to orders, either administrative or court, of this State or other jurisdictions that comply with the laws of that jurisdiction and shall be fully enforceable and entitled as a judgment to full faith and credit and shall be a judgment by operation of law on or after the date it is due.
