Section 10:110-14.3 - Triennial reviews in intergovernmental cases(a) When a request for a triennial review is received in an intergovernmental case and New Jersey is the controlling order jurisdiction, the matter shall be reviewed by the appropriate CWA/CSU in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2A:17-56.9(a) and the Child Support Guidelines.(b) When a request for a triennial review is received in an intergovernmental case and it is determined that the controlling order is in another jurisdiction, a request for review shall be sent to the responding jurisdiction via the appropriate Federally mandated standard intergovernmental child support enforcement forms.N.J. Admin. Code § 10:110-14.3
