Section 1:6A-18.1 - Deadline for decision

Subject to any adjournments pursuant to 1:6A-9.2, a written decision shall be issued by the judge and mailed by the Office of Administrative Law no later than 45 days after the expiration of the 30-day period under 34 CFR 300.510(b), or the adjusted time periods described in 34 CFR 300.510(c).
